Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to the visit.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to honor the cancellation policy that you agreed to in writing during the intake process. This is a mutual respect issue and very much appreciated.
